Overview:
The ZIM Campus Painting Works project involved the comprehensive repainting and surface restoration of academic and administrative buildings at the Zimbabwe Institute of Management campus. This initiative was undertaken to revitalize the facility’s appearance, extend the lifespan of external and internal finishes, and align the campus environment with the institution’s standards of professionalism and excellence.
Scope of Works:

Surface preparation including sanding, crack filling, and primer application

Repainting of exterior walls, internal corridors, lecture halls, and office spaces

Application of anti-mold and weather-resistant coatings on high-exposure surfaces
